All orders are shipped using Priority Mail via USPS unless otherwise requested via email. With each order submission, all customers will obtain an initial email confirming that their order has been received.
Once orders are prepared and shipped, a follow-up email is sent noting the order’s contents as well as tracking number. This tracking number will be used by both the customer and the Q.A.C. owner to monitor its progress. Please keep both emails for your records. Domestic shipping is approximately 1-3 business days.
All packages will be mailed to shipping address provided by the customer at the time the order was placed. Please confirm the correct address prior to submitting your order.
Once scanned by USPS and the tracking number provided to the customer, Queen Adwoa’s Closet is no longer responsible for packages/orders. This includes orders which are: lost, damaged, undelivered, mis-delivered, left unattended once delivered, etc by the post office or your mail service of choice.
International shipping:
Queen Adwoa’s Closet ships worldwide! All previously mentioned shipping policies apply.
Also, please be mindful of possible customs or VAT charges imposed by your country. as they are the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, Q.A.C is also not responsible for shipping or customs delays either domestically or in the recipient's home country.
Please allow 6-10 business days for international deliveries. As a note, packages take time passing through customs. Your patience is appreciated. Be advised that once a package arrives at customs and leaves the United States, tracking may no longer be available.
Many items from the Q.A.C webstore are handmade with love using rare and often one of a kind globally sourced materials. We aim to provide high quality unique pieces to our global family and therefore exchanges, rather than refunds are accepted at this time. We encourage you to view our photos, product descriptions, and size chart when purchasing.
Exchanges:
Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value. If the newly requested item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid by the customer prior to mailing original item back to Q.A.C for the exchange.
Process for Store Credit / Exchanges:
Customers must contact the Q.A.C store via email within five (5) days after confirmed delivery. After 5 days, all sales are final
All Item(s) must be postmarked for return within seven (7) days of receiving the ordered merchandise. While the initial cost of shipping is paid by Q.A.C on all domestic orders, customers wishing to exchange an item must pay the cost of return shipping. Tracking must be included.
Item(s) in question must be returned in unworn (or used) / "like shipped" condition.
Item(s) must be placed in and returned with all tags and original wrapping
Once item(s) are returned, they will be examined for wear / damage. Store credit / exchange will be processed in approximately 7 days after items are received and inspected.
Please note, any item that is worn, soiled, damaged (or missing pieces), missing original tags, or otherwise not in the exact same condition as originally mailed will not be honored for an exchange.
